Event: Valley Crest Landscape Development draws water from the Los Angeles River

The Valley Crest team pump water out of the LA River at Confluence Park, which was the focus of the Metabolic Studios' "Garden of Brokenness" proposal. They pump the water directly into the Metabolic Studios' IOU truck and drive it to the WLA-VA, where it is pumped into a military bladder bag.
