The email explains that the WLA-VA approves topsoil replacement at the Blg. 205, 208, 209 quad and recommends use of a Bobcat. Use of the Barracks (Hoover Building) for the Tea House is under consideration as lead paint will have to be removed and tests are being conducted for asbestos.
