James Duncan is the first veteran the Strawberry Flag Team meets who has gone through the WLA-VA's Domiciliary Care for Homeless Veterans Program, graduated and found a job. He attends the job interview at Culver City Volvo wearing a suit donated for the purpose by Bob Steinberg.
