  • Lauren Bon and the Metabolic Studio activate PPG with sound and transform the “stuff” of the dry lakebed, trona, into film at the “Three Day Shootout.”

  • Samuel Becket director Walter Asmus (Berlin) rehearses residents of the Owens Valley and LA in the “Waiting for Godot Community Chorus.” During the “Three Day Shootout” the Chorus creates a soundtrack using Becket’s Waiting for Godot text.

  • Robert Schaller of the Handmade Film Institute (Boulder, Colorado) conducts workshops during the “Three Day Shootout” in the development of 16mm B+W film using the matter of the Owens Valley in place of toxic chemicals.

  • Visuals and audio from the “Three Day Shootout,” which are titled Pipeline, are subsequently screened for the Studio and Owens Valley communities.
